DUSTOMAT DRY: New power variants for multiple workstation extraction of dust & welding fumes
More performance, more extraction points: ESTA is expanding the DUSTOMAT DRY dust collector and welding fume filter series with three new power variants. The modular filter systems now enable air volume flows of up to 6,400 m³/h and can serve up to six extraction points simultaneously. Coupled to a pipework system, the DUSTOMAT DRY can be combined with various collection elements such as extraction arms or extraction tables, depending on the application.
The compact units are suitable for a wide range of machining processes such as grinding, polishing, deburring, welding, cutting, decanting and mixing. Their modular housing concept allows the filter package to be adapted to suit the application, with separation efficiencies of up to 99.995 %. The DUSTOMAT DRY units are available in ATEX-compliant versions and will soon also be available with H or H3 conformity marking.
Thanks to their optimised air technology design, the DUSTOMAT DRY units offer powerful performance, simultaneously combined with high energy efficiency. Thanks to the innovative filter cleaning system, compressed air consumption is reduced by up to 50 percent compared to conventional filter cleaning systems. This also saves operating costs and extends the service life of the filter media. The extraction systems can also be operated in 100 percent recirculation mode, which saves heating costs in winter. The housing of the DRY units is soundproofed and protects employees from additional noise emissions.
