The patented DynamicPulse filter cleaning system from ESTA stands for particularly effective and resource-saving cleaning of filter cartridges during ongoing extraction operations. The fully automatic system uses targeted compressed air pulses to effectively remove accumulated particles from the filter media, working from the inside out.
At the heart of the technology are the newly developed, flow-optimised cleaning nozzles, which exploit the Venturi effect to make even better use of air entrainment. This ensures particularly thorough cleaning of the adhering filter cake – while significantly reducing compressed air consumption at the same time. 50 % less compressed air is needed for each cleaning process. This lower consumption not only has a positive impact on operating costs but also protects the filter media. Furthermore, noise levels are noticeably reduced – a clear advantage for a pleasant and healthy working environment.
