ESTA RENEWS ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION
With the renewal of the DIN EN ISO 1009:2015 certification, ESTA is adhering to its promise of the highest quality standards in the development, production and sale of extraction systems. The family-owned company has been using a quality management system since 1997, which TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH has audited at regular intervals ever since. This means that every three years, a re-certification audit is carried out to check whether the annual monitoring audits have been carried out, whether measures have been implemented and whether the QM system is still being practised.
“We consistently align our process system with our customers. The highest product quality and a reliable service are therefore given top priority. We benefit from our many years of experience and expertise in the QM area," explains Wolfgang Fezer, Quality Management Officer at ESTA, and continues: "Our internal process culture is constantly evolving. Our employees are the central link in improving processes and procedures in order to ensure the sustainable further development of our company". The "new" certificate is now valid until the year 2025 and must be checked for constant compliance with standards through annual monitoring audits.
