NEW FILTER TOWER WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Up to now, they helped remove welding fumes, dust or oil mist from production halls. We are speaking about filter towers used for hall ventilation. The Senden-based extraction technology manufacturer ESTA now supplies its towers with an additional heating and cooling module. The core of the new ecotemp range consists of two fin heat exchangers which regulate the temperature of the filtered air independently. Cool or warm air is sent back into the work area according to the time of year. The new variant supports existing heating and air-conditioning technology and is especially suited for production areas with high thermal loads such as CNC turning or milling machines. The goal: As well as saving on energy, employees benefit from a pleasant controlled work climate in the summer months. The cooling air flow has also a positive effect on productivity and parts precision with respect to the temperature of machines, tools and parts. In winter, ecotemp filter towers provide a warm backflow of air. This is useful when hall doors are opened frequently or where insulation of the hall is inadequate. The ecotemp module is suitable for all filter tower models produced by ESTA.
