POWTECH: EXTRACTION SYSTEMS WITH THE NEW 4.0 MODULE
In May 2017, ESTA has been honoured by the state government for Filterturm 4.0 with an award of “100 Locations for Industry 4.0 in Baden-Württemberg”. The Senden-based extraction technology manufacturer executes other product lines in “Industry 4.0” variant.
Users can now use LAN and wifi to couple dust extractor series DUSTOMAT and MOBEX and plants of the DUSTMAC series to its individual network infrastructure. Important information such as e.g. Operating status, current air output, operating hours or filter status, can be called and monitored from any location, e.g. with mobile end devices. Over the entire operating time, all data are recorded on a SD card with the time and contents. This data can be evaluated from the user himself, quickly and simply with standard spreadsheet programs.
Remote maintenance prevents downtimes
The Industrie 4.0 model of all device- and plant control can be used to reduce maintenance incursions and the associated costs on the customer side and increases resource efficiency. In case of need, ESTA service technicians are in the position to access plants quickly and uncomplicated, identifying errors and sending recommended courses of action remotely. This prevents possible risk of failure and reliable operation.
Extraction technology for bulk material processes
Dust arises when storing, transporting, transporting, or handling bulk materials. ESTA offers a range of solutions for safe, reliable process extraction. The DUSTOMAT and MOBEX dust extractors capture dry and granulated dusts which arise during the processing of bulk materials. They are suitable for direct extraction and connection to capture hoods, extraction arms and smaller pipe systems.
DUSTMAC plant systems can be coupled with bulk material processes via a pipe system and special capture and yield systems. All products are available for combustible dusts in ATEX-compliant models.
