STUDENTS FROM INDIA PAY A VISIT TO ESTA
Under the leadership of Professor Achim Dehnert and Professor Klaus Lang, students are tackling the issue of “International Management”. The summer school has trips, discussions and cultural aspects. As well as a tour around Ulm and a talk by the regional CEO at IHK Schwaben, Oliver Stipar, students also visited ESTA. During the tour of the firm, students got an insight into production and how the dual apprenticeship system works in Germany. CEO Dr. Peter Kulitz also pointed to South-Western Germany’s recipe for success during the tour: “The interaction between large global leaders and many medium-sized companies which are very far ahead ensure exceptional compatibility in the world market.” Afterwards, students exchanged ideas with some company representatives thus deepening their impressions of this practice day.
