ESTA TURNS 45: CUSTOMERS INVITED TO ANNIVERSARY FESTIVITIES
On the occasion of its 45-year anniversary, on 19th May, ESTA put together a customer open day at its location in Senden. ESTA customers had the opportunity to take a peek behind the scenes under the motto "ESTAsphere – Clean air is what drives us on" between 8:30 and 2:30 pm and to get to know the company and its staff.
After a brief introduction, Philipp Raunitschke presented some interesting facts about the energy-saving ESTA technologies eco+, and ecotemp which are used with the FILTOWER hall ventilation system in their particular variants. Raunitschke demonstrated in his talks how ESTA has responded to changing general conditions of the market and the changing needs of customers.
In the subsequent talk, Christoph Bayrle, Managing Director of the International Performance Research Institute - IPRI gGmbH, illustrated pathways to successful implementation of 'Industrie 4.0' in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Marcel Riethmüller, Managing Director at Ecogreen Energie GmbH & Co. KG, talked about funding and subvention opportunities from the Federal Ministry for Economy and Import Controls (BAFA) for investments made in energy-saving air and extraction systems.
The highlight of the day was the talk from Thorsten Leibenath, Head coach of the basketball Bundesliga side Ratiopharm Ulm: 'Is Business Basketball?'. His talk was about how basketball coaching can be seen as being like running a successful company. Leibenath’s maxims are lived every day at ESTA. Managing Director Dr. Peter Kulitz was so enthused about this speech that he offered the coach a job right on the spot.
