WELDING & CUTTING 2017: “EXPECTATIONS SURPASSED”
The Essen and DVS – German Association for Welding and Related Processes e. V. - an ideal supporter and a partner for many years - welcome around 50,000 visitors from more than 120 countries- which took place as a one-off in Düsseldorf due to the renovation work taking place in Essen.
At ESTA too, the “WELDING & CUTTING” is a firm date in the diary and is one of the most important trade fairs out there. The company presented two new capturing devices for dust and fumes: This newly-developed patented hood for extraction arms captures up to 30 % more dust- and smoke filled air than standard hoods in the market. With its 360-degree -Ergo extraction table, ESTA presented an ergonomic work station for thermal and mechanical separating procedures. The new ecotemp filter tower,providing clean and pleasantly temperature-controlled hall air, as well as the new AIRMONITOR which monitors air quality in production halls, and is an integrated part of the ESTA Industrie 4.0 solution.
Philipp Raunitschke, ESTA Managing Director, summarised Die Woche in Düsseldorf as follows: “The WELDING & CUTTING offers an ideal platform for exchange between experts and globally. It is clear to see that workplace safety is gaining in importance globally. The reaction from trade visitors to our innovations was extremely good. As well as our latest filter tower variant ecotemp, our Industrie 4.0 concept - especially our new “AIRMONITOR air signal unit“ generated a lot of interest. The flood of people to our stand before the fair closed widely exceed our expectations.”
