The dust extractors in the DUSTOMAT DRY series offer a tailor-made extraction solution for a wide range of industrial and trade requirements. These units extract dry, free-flowing dust – even in the presence of flying sparks – and are available in various sizes.
From the system design to the filter package and the cleaning system, each extraction system is configured to fulfil specific requirements – for reliable extraction results at a fair price - performance ratio.
For maximum safety, the dust extractors are available in an ATEX-compliant version and will soon be available with H-certification.

The dust extractors in the DUSTOMAT DRY series feature explosion and fire protection components and, in ATEX-compliant versions, are suitable for extracting explosive dusts:

SINGLE AND MULTIPLE WORKSTATION EXTRACTION
The DUSTOMAT DRY series offers flexible extraction solutions for single and multi-station applications in numerous industries. The units can be connected directly to processing machines for direct extraction or easily connected to extraction arms, extraction tables, extraction hoods, and short ducting systems.
The S-size dust extractors cover up to two extraction points with up to 2,000 m³/h of air simultaneously.
The M-size dust extractors can serve up to six extraction points with up to 6,400 m³/h of air simultaneously.
