Configurable compact dust collector series for applications up to 3,000 m³/h
In the entry-level segment, the DUSTOMAT DRY dust extractor series in size ‘S’ is the economical solution for applications with an air flow rate of 1,600 m³/h to 3,000 m³/h. The mobile devices reliably capture almost all dust generated, for example, during the processing of metal or plastic and are suitable for single and multi-station extraction – directly on processing machines, extraction tables or in combination with an extraction arm.
The modular housing concept enables the devices to be configured precisely to fit – with filter packages tailored to the specific application. ATEX-compliant versions and variants with H post-filters are also available.
The flow-optimised design and 100% recirculation mode ensure low operating costs and high extraction performance. The housing of the DRY devices is soundproofed and noticeably reduces noise emissions for employees.

The modular dust extractors in the DUSTOMAT DRY series are available in size ‘M’ with air flow rates of up to 6,400 m³/h and are ideal for single and multi-station extraction in areas with high dust levels.
