Configurable welding fume filter series for applications up to 2,900 m³/h
In the entry-level segment, the DUSTOMAT DRY welding fume filter series in size “S” offers a cost-effective solution for applications with air flow rates of 1,600 to 2,900 m³/h. These compact filter units reliably capture welding and soldering fumes generated during the machining of a wide variety of metals. They are suitable for both single-station and multi-station extraction systems – directly on processing machines, extraction tables or in combination with an extraction arm.
The modular unit design allows for a precisely tailored configuration of the filter packages with a maximum possible separation efficiency of up to 99.995%.
The flow-optimised design of the filter units, combined with 100% recirculation operation, ensures low operating costs whilst maintaining high extraction performance. Furthermore, the sound-insulated housing reduces noise emissions and noticeably improves working conditions for staff.
Thanks to their vertical design, the DUSTOMAT DRY S units require less than 1 m² of floor space, thereby saving valuable space in the production area.
