Mobile odour filter with activated carbon cartridges
The odour filter DUSTOMAT ACTIVE from ESTA effectively eliminates unpleasant odours that arise due to process conditions, among others in the plastics, chemical, textile, and food industries. Thanks to the high-quality filter units with 100% activated carbon granules, odours that arise during the processing of rubber, latex, or other odour-intensive materials are reliably adsorbed. The mobile units are ideal for localized single and multi-station extraction and can be connected via hose or piping system to extraction arms, tables, and hoods.
The DUSTOMAT ACTIVE series is available in two performance levels: with air volume flows of up to 1,300 m³/h for occasional use or up to a maximum of 2,300 m³/h of air for single-shift operation. The compact units require little floor space and are soundproofed, ensuring quiet operation. They also operate in recirculation mode, which saves energy and electricity costs during the winter months.
